Smile - a layout for Funky Flairs Studio

Hi there,

I have a pretty layout today using the Bo Ho Photo-Op set from Funky Flair Studios.

I set myself a challenge with this layout to use some of the many Project Life cards I have (and sadly don't use). I grabbed out my Maggie Holmes Edition set of cards and some co-ordinating rubons etc from some Maggie Holmes' Open Book collection.

I fussy cut elements from some of the cards (like the florals, tabs and tags) to layer and embellish and used other cards instead of patterned paper.

I used Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Coral for my background together with some stamping in black ink. I used an ancient stamp set from Blue Bazaar.

The final step was some sprinkles of Mr Hueys in white.

Happy scrapping

White with 1 - Gerbera Petal

Welcome to May.

We have a very pretty colour this month at White with 1:

Now to be honest, I did struggle to find this gorgeous corally pink in my scrapbook stash but I found a couple of older papers from a paper pad.

I used my silhouette to cut some butterflies in various sizes to flutter off my page. I added sme tissue paper and a doily for some softness. I also used a Heidi Swapp Colorshine spray in coral for some splatters.

I also added a sweet flair badge from Funky Flair Studio.

I hope you play along with us this month at White with 1.

Happy creating

Lisa

SBT50 Australia Feb Challenge

Eek how is it the end of February today already...

I am sneaking in some last minute challenge entries. The first one is this awesome inspiration piece from Scrapbooking Top 50 Australia.

I have used the Cocoa Vanilla Wild at Heart Collection. I added some splatters of Gold Colour Shine from Heidi Swapp and a few random enamel dots. The Love title comes from some Thickers from I think an Amy Tangerine collection.

The floral diecuts in this collection were just perfect and I fussy cut more florals from one of the gorgeous papers.

Love the look on my little guy's face.

I also added in some diecut flowers and leaves in white for some subtle texture.

I was really pleased with how this page turned out.

Happy Scrapping
